Alright everyone, here’s a tough one for ya. 1.Raise your hand if you’re a fan of cookies. 2. Now raise your other hand if you’re a fan of Cookies & Cream flavored chocolate bars. 3. Now keep those hands in the air and wave them around like you just don’t care if you’re a fan of eating cookies that taste like cookies & Cream chocolate bars! Now put those hands down before you hurt yourself. After all, you’ll need them working to make these INSANE Cookies & Cream Cookies! As you can tell, I’m a bit excited about this recipe. I can’t help it! These cookies were a huge hit this weekend when I brought them to my dessert-loving family. I made about 2 dozen cookies and we managed to polish them off in less than 24 hours! And no, we do not feel one ounce of guilt... One of my absolute favorite chocolate bars is the classic Cookies & Cream ones. As a kid I would break off the little rectangles of chocolate and see how long I could savor each piece. I wanted to achieve that same deliciousness in the form of one of my favorite things to bake, cookies! These cookies are soft and chewy, and packed with flavor. The vanilla pudding in there makes you step back and ask “Hm, what is that??” The crushed up cookies inside aren’t half bad either! These cookies are fantastic on their own, but I also found myself daydreaming of what they may taste like as that outside of an Ice cream sandwich. Scroll down to check ‘em out!
